AI opportunity assessment
Review your processes, recurring tasks and information needs. Identify where AI could reduce manual work, improve access to information or support better decisions.
WHAT WE DO
Put AI to work in your business: choose useful applications, build the workflows, manage implementation and prepare your team to use them.

Creation Train helps businesses introduce AI into the work they already do: preparing documents, finding information, reviewing records, coordinating projects and building applications. Hannah McKeand combines hands-on use of AI with project management, process design and operational governance.
An engagement can cover one recurring task or an implementation across several teams. It starts with the work, the people responsible for it and the results the business needs.
SCOPE & DELIVERABLES
Review your processes, recurring tasks and information needs. Identify where AI could reduce manual work, improve access to information or support better decisions.
Compare tools against your requirements, budget, data restrictions and existing systems. Define a practical sequence for trials and implementation.
Map the inputs, instructions, outputs and handoffs. Define where people check the work, approve an action or handle an exception.
Configure assistants around agreed tasks and approved source material, with instructions for using sources, handling missing information and escalating questions.
Build repeatable workflows for research, document drafting, comparisons, structured reviews and management reports, with clear review criteria.
Connect AI-supported tasks with the business tools and records they need. Define access, approvals, error handling and the route back to a person.
Set the scope, integrated schedule, dependencies, budget assumptions and responsibilities. Coordinate pilots, testing, decisions and rollout.
Test realistic examples, difficult cases and incorrect outputs. Record findings and agree what must be demonstrated before the workflow is put into use.
Develop task-specific guidance, reusable instructions and SOPs. Help staff practise the workflow, check results and recognise when to seek help.
Define approved uses, data-handling rules, ownership, human review and decision authority. Document who can change a workflow or approve its release.
Assess confidentiality, reliability, access and operational dependencies. Record controls, unresolved issues and the evidence needed for a launch decision.
Agree measures such as time spent, rework and output quality. Review results against the starting point and maintain a prioritised improvement plan.
A recurring report assembled from several sources. A document set that needs consistent review. A team that cannot find the right procedure. These are examples of work we can scope, test and improve with you.
The agreed outputs might include an opportunity assessment, a configured workflow, a pilot test record, a rollout plan and staff guidance. Scope is agreed around your systems and the work you need done.
