Define the problem and the user
Establish who needs the idea, what they do now and what would make an alternative useful. Examine costs, competing options and assumptions that need testing.
HOW WE HELP
An idea might become a business, an application, a management tool or a better way to do a recurring task. Creation Train works through the intended user, the practical requirements and the commercial assumptions, then develops something that can be examined and tested.

THE WORK
Establish who needs the idea, what they do now and what would make an alternative useful. Examine costs, competing options and assumptions that need testing.
Map the workflow, information, decisions and outputs. Decide where software, AI assistance or a simpler working process is appropriate.
Create a prototype, application, website or structured tool. Review it against real tasks and identify what is still required for launch and ongoing use.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The engagement defines which of these are needed, their scope and how they will be reviewed.
Mortifact and RovaRisk are current product-development examples. Both start with complicated practical work and organize it around the information, decisions and records a person needs. They remain in development.
