Creation Train is developing applications that help people work through complicated information and record what matters. Current projects are Mortifact, for end-of-life planning and guidance after a death, and RovaRisk, for structured risk-assessment and reporting records.

Mortifact
End-of-life planning and guidance after a death. The app is being developed to help people work through practical questions, record their wishes and find the next relevant step without needing to understand the whole process first.
Development includes planning and after-death workflows, supporting information and the records people need to prepare or find.

A guided tool for recording risk assessments, incidents, near misses and safety observations. It is designed to help users capture the relevant information and produce structured records.
People make and confirm the assessments. The app organizes the information; it does not independently decide whether an activity is safe or a risk is acceptable.
